Tastemaker
Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilies, Oregano, and Compound Asafetida.
Cow Ghee: Milk Fat.
HOW TO COOK (RECIPE)
Ready in 3 Easy Steps
- Wash grains thoroughly and add 400 ml water. Add Kammy Spicemix. No need to add extra masala or salt.
- Cook in a pressure cooker on medium flame for 3 whistles.
- Let the pressure release naturally or wait for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot. Garnish with Khichdi Tastemaker and Cow ghee for extra flavor and aroma.
Kadhi Preparation
- Empty the kadhi sachet into a bowl.
- Add 100-150 ml of hot water or boil for 2 minutes and mix well to avoid lumps
- For enhance taste add buttermilk instead of water
Optional Additions
Enhance your khichdi by adding green peas, soya chunks, tomatoes, or any combination of your choice.
