Kadhi
Gram Flour, Peanut Powder, Sugar, Ghee, lodized Salt, Chili Flakes, Star Anise, Clove, Cumin, Cinnamon, Fenugreek, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Star Anise Powder, Cinnamon Powder, Clove Powder, and Curry Leaves
Tastemaker
Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilies, Oregano, and Compound Asafetida.
Cow Ghee: Milk Fat.
HOW TO COOK (RECIPE)
Ready in 3 Easy Steps
- Add 400 ml water to premix. No need to add extra masala or salt. Do not wash Premix.
- Cook in a pressure cooker on medium flame for 3 whistles.
- Let the pressure release naturally or rest for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot. Garnish with Khichdi Tastemaker and cow ghee for extra flavor and aroma.
Kadhi Preparation
- Empty the kadhi sachet into a bowl.
- Add 100-150 ml of hot water or boil for 2 minutes and mix well to avoid lumps.
- For enhance taste add buttermilk instead of water
Optional Additions
Enhance your khichdi by adding green peas, soya chunks, tomatoes, or any combination of your choice.
