Basmati Rice, Toor dal
Toor Dal Mix
Toor Dal, Fenugreek (Methi), Coriander Powder, Salt, Asafetida, Kashmiri Red Chili, Turmeric, Sugar and Oil
Tastemaker
Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilies, Oregano, and Compound Asafetida.
Cow Ghee: Milk Fat
HOW TO COOK (RECIPE)
Ready in 3 Easy Steps
- Wash the rice thoroughly and boil it in 400 ml of water.
- Wash the toor dal thoroughly, add 400 ml of water and half a sachet of spice mix, and cook for 2 whistles in a pressure cooker.
- (Optional) You can also mix basmati rice and toor dal and boil them together.
- (Optional) Heat ghee in a pan, add Cumin, and stir until they crackle. Then, mix in the taste maker and add it to the boiled toor dal.
- Serve hot and enjoy your quick Dal rice!
