INGREDIENTS

Raagi Puris

Kodo Millet (65%), Ragi (25%), Rava (10%) and Salt

Concentrated Pani

Coriander (49%), Mint Powder (7.2%), Green Chilly (7.2%), Black Salt (15%), Salt (9.60%), Citric Acid, Cumin, 1% Organic food colour

Instant Masala:

Boiled Freeze Dried Potato and Black Chana

Tastemaker

Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilies, Oregano, and Compound Asafetida.

Sweet Chutney

Dates, Sugar, lodized Salt, Red Chilies, Cumin, Tamarind, 1% M. Water (E-202)

Steps to Prepare Ragi Pani Puri

Step 1: Frying Puri Pellets

  • Heat oil in a frying pan to a high temperature.
  • Reduce the flame and fry the ragi puri pellets until they expand properly.

Air frying (Optional)

  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for 3 minutes.
  • Place ragi puri pellets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 4 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  • Ensure pellets puff up and turn crispy.
  • Cool for a minute

Step 2: Mint Water

Dilute the mint paste in 500 ml of room-temperature water.
Optional: Use chilled water for a crunchier taste of potato cubes and black chana

Step 3: Sweet Chutney

Dilute the chutney sachet in 100 ml of chilled water.

Serving

Add potato cubes and black chana to the mint water and let them soak for 1 minute. Now, use this mixture with ragi puri. Drizzle with sweet chutney and enjoy your healthy ragi pani puri!
