It all started in 2017 with a simple idea:
"Why is Khichdi, India’s most nutritious comfort food, not as celebrated as it should be?"
With this thought, Kamlesh Khichdiwala was born—launching our first Khichdi Café, where we served over 150 varieties of Khichdi—each packed with traditional flavors, modern twists, and wholesome goodness.
But then, the world changed in 2020. As people moved indoors, we realized that they still craved healthy, home-style food—but without the hassle of cooking from scratch.
That’s when we evolved. In 2022, we launched our Ready-to-Cook Khichdi, Indian meals, soups, and snacks, bringing the same authentic flavors in a convenient, 7-minute meal solution.
