INGREDIENTS

Brown Rice

Sambar Mix

Toor Dal, Chana Dal, Fenugreek (Methi), Moong Dal, Coriander Powder, Salt, “Asafoetida”, Kashmiri Red Chili, Turmeric, Sugar, Oil, and Mustard Seeds

Tastemaker

Dry Mango Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilies, Oregano, and Compound Asafetida.

Cow Ghee: Milk Fat.

Ready in 3 Easy Steps

  • Wash rice thoroughly and boil in 300 ml of water.
  • Add 300 ml water with the sambar sachet and boil for 7 minutes or until desired thickness.
  • (Optional) Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard seeds, and stir until they crackle, then mix in the taste maker.
  • (Optional) Add vegetables of your choice.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your quick sambar rice
