HOW TO COOK (RECIPE)
Ready in 3 Easy Steps
- Add 400 ml water to premix. No need to add extra masala or salt. Do not wash Premix.
- Cook in a pressure cooker on medium flame for 3 whistles.
- Let the pressure release naturally or rest for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot. Garnish with Khichdi Tastemaker and Cow Ghee for extra flavour and aroma. Enjoy your Kodo Millet Khichdi!
Kadhi Preparation
- Empty the kadhi sachet into a bowl.
- Add 100-150 ml of hot water or boil for 2 minutes and mix well to avoid lumpsavoid lumps.
- For enhance taste add buttermilk instead of water
Optional Additions
Enhance your khichdi by adding green peas, soya chunks, tomatoes, or any combination of your choice.
